Before applying for BUMAT 2017, candidates must ensure that they met the below given eligibiliy criteria:
The official eligibility criteria states that candidates who have passed higher secondary from a recognised university with minimum 45% marks can apply for the test.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have 40% aggregate marks at 10+2 level.

BUMAT 2017 Application Fee: The candidates have to pay an application fee and an examination fee. The application fee for the candidates to pay is Rs 200, while the examination fee is Rs 1000. The fees can be paid via Credit/Debit card or through Net banking.

BUMAT Exam Pattern 2017
The exam pattern of BUMAT 2017 has remained similar to that of previous years. The test will be conducted in a paper-pencil based mode, having multiple choice questions.
There will be 200 questions to be answered by the candidates within the duration of two hours thirty minutes (2:30 hrs). There will be 4 sections in the test.

Marking scheme: Each question will have one mark with no negative marking. It is a multiple choice question paper, where each question is followed by 4 options and the candidates have to choose the correct option.
BUMAT Admit Card 2017
The Admit Card dates has not been announced by the officials. However, it is likely that the same will be available from the month of May 2017 for the candidates who have registered for the test. The officials will send the BUMAT 2017 admit card through post on the address given by the students in the application form.
BUMAT Result 2017
BUMAT 2017 result dates has been announced by the officials. The result of BUMAT 2017 will be announced on June 13, 2017. The results will be declared in the form of merit list for the students to check.
BUMAT Counselling 2017
After the announcement of the results, candidates will be called for the BUMAT 2017 counselling rounds. The shortlist of the candidates will be done as per the merit list. Final seat allotment in the desired programme will be completely merit based.
BUMAT Cut off: A cutoff is the minimum marks required by a candidate to be able to shortlist for the admission process. The officials- BVU, however, does not release any BUMAT cutoff, rather calls students for the further counselling rounds on the basis of merit list.
