The Integrated Programme Aptitude Test, commonly known as IPMAT is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management Indore for admissions to its five-year regular integrated undergraduate management programme. IPMAT 2017 is scheduled to be conducted on May 16 in computer based mode across test centers. To be able to appear in the test, students must register for the same before the deadline. The application process has started and will continue till April 18. The candidate must have passed Higher Secondary/ XII Std./ +2 Level/ equivalent examination from any of the recognized central or state boards. Candidates appearing for the final examination of Higher Secondary/XII Std. / +2 level / equivalent and those who have completed the examination and are awaiting results can also apply.
Age limit for General and NC‐OBC Category: Not more than 20 years as on July 31, 2017
Age limit for SC, ST, and PWD/DA Category: Not more than 22 years as on July 31, 2017
How to Fill IPMAT 2017 Application Form
The application fee for the form is Rs 1400 for general category candidates and Rs 700 for SC, ST, and DA candidates, to be paid through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.
The following are the steps on how to successfully fill the IPMAT 2017 Application Form,
STEP 1- The application form is online and the candidates must have a valid email id for registrations. You have to log-in via the registered id and fill in the details. Here you have to fill in the personal information, parent or guardian details and permanent address.
Candidates must also upload their photo and signature at this stage. You must note that the photograph and signature to be uploaded should be in jpeg, jpf, gif and png format of max 300 KB only.
Once you enter all the details and have uploaded the image, click on the Next button and move to Step 2.
STEP 2- In the second step, you are required to fill in your Educational details along with uploading the scanned copied of your educational documents. The lists of the documents to be submitted are:

SSC Mark sheet
Candidates are also required to select their Center from the center preference section. Here you will be provided with three options to select from, under the sub-heading of Preference of Center for IPM Aptitude Test and Preference of Center for IPM Interview.
Fill in the details, select the preference and click on the Next button for Step 3.
STEP 3- The last step is to fill in the application fee, enter the verification code, select the –I Agree button and finally click on the Submit button.
As soon as you submit the declaration form, you will receive a message of successfully registering for IPMAT 2016.
The IPM Aptitude Test (IPMAT 2017) will be of multiple choice objective‐type tests.
The entrance exam will be conducted in a paper pencil based format.
The total number of questions will be 100, to be completed within two hours of duration.
The exam is of a total of 400 marks.
IPMAT 2017 will have two types of broad sections, namely Quantitative Ability and Verbal Ability.
Four marks will be awarded for each correct answer and for each wrong answer; there will be negative marking of One mark.
