Before starting with the HPU MAT Application form 2017, aspirants must carefully go through the eligibility criteria of HPU MAT 2017 to avoid any inconvenience later. The application form fee for General category candidates is Rs. 1000, while for SC/ST candidates the fee is Rs. 500.

HPU MAT Eligibility Criteria 2017
Aspirants have to satisfy laid down HPU MAT 2017 eligibility criteria before applying for the HPU MAT 2017.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree from a recognised university in India in any field.
There is a requirement of minimum 50 per cent marks for General category.
While Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled caste candidates must have 45 per cent marks.
Those candidates are also eligible for the HPU MAT 2017, who are taking their final examination in March/ April 2017. However, the final selection of candidates will depend on the marks obtained in the entrance exam.
Age limit: The maximum age limit for boys is 26 years, while for girls it is 28 years and 29 years in case the candidates belong to SC/ST category as on July 2017. As per the age limit criterion, the Vice Chancellor has the authority to offer age relaxation to candidates. Also, age bar would not be applied on aspirants in case of defence personnel, Non-subsidised students and nominee of State/ Government of India.
Reservation Criteria: Candidates must also note that registering for the HPU MAT 2017 does not guarantee them seats in the university. Himachal Pradesh University Business School admits only 120 candidates, out of which 60 are dedicated to subsidised category, while the other 60 are dedicated to non-subsidised category.
Candidates who want to pursue MBA from HPUBS can start applying as the deadline for the same is May 17, 2017. HPU MAT 2017 will be conducted in eight cities of Himachal Pradesh.
