The candidates must fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria for IBSAT 2017:
Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) from a recognised institute/ university with at least 50 per cent aggregate marks with medium of instruction as English.
Aspirants should have completed a minimum of 15 years of education (on 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 basis).
Candidates not meeting the eligibility criteria of English medium in graduation will have to submit the TOEFL, NELT or IELTS score by May 31, 2018.
Final year graduation students can get provisional admission, provided they must complete their graduation requirements before May 31, 2018. The last date to submit the proof of graduation is November 1, 2018.
Aspirants eligible for IBSAT 2017, should register for the exam and pay the required fee for a successful registration. The candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs.1800 through a Debit Card/ Credit Card or Net Banking for the IBSAT application form. Upon successful payment of application fee, the candidates will get an email with the application number and password. Candidates can download the IBSAT 2017 admit card after completing the registration process. Only registered candidates who have paid the application fee successfully will be able to download the admit card.
IBSAT exam pattern states that it is a computer based test of 120 minutes duration carrying multiple choice questions from five sections. It is expected that IBSAT 2017 will be conducted in around 94 cities all over India.
After the declaration of IBSAT 2017 result of January 2, 2018, candidates will be shortlisted by the participating institutes on the basis of cutoff and conduct selection procedure of IBSAT. The selection rounds comprise of Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
