IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2017: IIM Indore has announced the admission for Five Year Integrated Programme in Management 2017-22 batch. The admission will take place through the Integrated Programme in Management Aptitude Test (IPMAT) 2017 which is scheduled on May 16. IPMAT 2017 eligibility criteria is officially prescribed by the exam conducting body- IIM Indore. As per the IPMAT eligibility criteria 2017, candidates who have passed or appeared for Class XII/Higher Secondary exam can appear for the test. Since last year, Mathematics is no more a compulsory subject to have studied in 10+2 level. Aspirants can read all the details in this article below.
IPMAT application procedure had started from March 16, 2017 and ended on April 18. As per the eligibility criteria of IPMAT 2017, candidates who have passed higher secondary from a recognised institute with minimum 60 per cent marks in aggregate can apply for the test and participate in the admission process. The age limit for the candidates is 20, as on July 31, 2017.

The IPMAT Eligibility Criteria 2017 is as follows:
General and NC-OBC Category: Minimum 60 per cent marks in aggregate in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations. Candidates' age should not be more than 20 years as on July 31, 2017
SC, ST and PWD (DA) Category: Candidates should obtain minimum 55 per cent in standard X/ SSC and standard XII/ HSC or equivalent examinations
Students who do not have Mathematics as a core subject in XII/HSC or equivalent can apply.
Applicants who have appeared for Class XII Board/HSC exam and are likely to complete Standard XII or equivalent by June 30, 2017 are also eligible to apply provided they fulfill the other criteria of IPMAT 2017 eligibiity. At the time of application, those candidates have to submit Class X/SSC mark sheets along with school leaving/migration certificate.
IPMAT or 5-year Integrated Programme in Management is offered by the Indian Institute of Management-Indore (IIM-Indore).
IIM Indore also mentions that the percentage of marks obtained by candidates in Class X and XII standards should be calculated on the basis of aggregate marks of all subjects that appear in the mark sheet irrespective of the Board's regulation. In case the students are awarded grades or letter grades, the conversion grades or percentage of marks will be based on the procedure certified by the Board/Competent Authority explaining the method of conversion.
Aspirants who have done their schooling from International Schools affiliated by IGCSE can also apply.
IPMAT 2017 Eligibility Criteria – State Wise Eligibility Criteria for General and NC‐OBC Category-
The candidate is required to have obtained 60% aggregate marks in both X and XII Standard or SAT1 overall score of 1600 out of 2400 (SAT 1 score obtained during January 1, 2014 to March 31, 2017). Candidates who are yet to complete the examination of XII Standard or waiting for the result may also apply.
Age Criteria: Candidates should not be more than 20 years old as on Thursday, July 31, 2017
SC, ST and PWD/DA Category-
The candidate, of the above-mentioned category, is required to have obtained 55% aggregate marks in both X and XII Standard OR SAT 1 overall score of 1475 out of 2400 (SAT – 1 score obtained during January 1, 2014, to March 31, 2017).
An applicant who is yet to complete the examination of XII Standard or is awaiting result may also apply. However, the candidate’s final selection/admission will be subject to satisfying the minimum eligibility conditions as mentioned above.
Age Criteria: Candidates should not be more than 22 years old as on July 31, 2017.
Only eligible candidates must fill the form and later appear in the IPMAT 2017 Exam.
