KMATKMAT 2017 - Karnataka Management Aptitude Test is a standardised state level entrance test which is administered since 2003. KMAT 2017 allows Business Schools to screen candidates to management programme across Karnataka. KMAT is conducted once in a year for candidates who wants to pursue MBA anywhere in Karnataka. Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) has announced the exam date of KMAT and will be held on 30 July 2017. KMAT is a paper-pencil based test comprising a majority of multiple choice questions. The registration of the KMAT 2017 has started from May 23, 2017. Although original schedule of the application process was May 20, it was postponed by three days. After the registration of the entrance exam is complete, the admit card of KMAT will be available from July 28. The state level test is conducted for admission to a number of the postgraduate management programme in Karnataka covering 10,000 seats. The KMAT scores will be accepted by more than 169 AICTE approved universities and B-schools in Bangalore and Karnataka. The best part of the KMAT 2017 is that Kerala aspirants are also allowed to appear for the management entrance exam. KMAT Eligibility Criteria 2017

 

Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) prescribes the eligibility criteria of KMAT 2017.

  • Aspirants must have a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university with a minimum 50% marks and 45% for SC/ST candidates.

  • Applicants who are in their final year of bachelor’s degree are also eligible to apply for KMAT 2017.

KMAT Application Form 2017

 

The application form for KMAT 2017 can be filled in online mode. Interested candidates can start applying online from May 23, 2017. The application process was postponed till May 23 without any prior information. Candidates must first check if they are eligible to take the test. Eligible candidates can  then fill the KMAT 2017 application form following the steps shared below:

  • Visit the official website.

  • Complete the documents online.

  • Tick the appropriate nativity if test takers are not Karnataka state student.

  • Candidates can select and mention minimum two preferred test centres as per their convenience.

  • Mark the test for which a candidate is appearing.

  • Test takers must then fill in their complete address for communication purpose.

  • Candidate seeking admission for MBA, MCA must create a DD for Rs. 800 IN FAVOR OF ‘KMAT 2017’.

  • Test takers are advised to keep a print out of application form and DD as an evidence of acknowledgement.

KMAT 2017 Test Centre

KMAT Exam Pattern 2017

 

The exam pattern of KMAT comprises multiple choice questions (MCQs) further divided into four sections: Quantitative Ability, Logical Reasoning and General Awareness, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension. KMAT Admit Card 2017

 

The admit card of KMAT 2017 is only available for candidates who registered for the entrance exam. KMAT 2017 admit card will be available for download from 28 July 2017. Test takers will have to paste their passport size picture on the registration form in the space provided on the KMAT admit card. 

 

KMAT Result 2017

KMAT result 2017 will available on August 7, 2017. The KMAT result 2017 will be available in the form of a scorecard. Candidates can check their KMAT 2017 result by visiting the official website and entering the roll number with date of birth.
