MAT Result 2024 - MAT exam 2024 results for all modes of the May session are expected to be declared in the last week of June 2024. Registered candidates will be able to check their MAT result 2024 in AIMA MAT dashboard using their login credentials. The AIMA will announce the MAT result 2024 in the form of a scorecard. AIMA does not organise the admission process for MBA admission. Candidates will have to apply to the MAT participating institutes separately. Candidates looking for MBA admission will have to participate in the selection process or counselling process at the respective college for MBA admission on the basis of the MAT 2024 results.

The MAT's GK Section is not taken into account while determining the composite score or final percentile. However, if you score well in the MAT GK Section, you will have an advantage during the GD/PI procedure. So General Knowledge is also important for the interview perspective.

MAT and NMAT are both entrance exams conducted for admission into management program in India. While there maybe some overlap in terms of the general aptitude & reasoning sections, it's important to note that they are conducted by different bodies and have different focuses.
MAT covers sections like language comprehension, Mathematical skills, data analysis and sufficiency, intelligence and critical reasoning, and India and Global environment.
NMAT on the other hand, focuses on language skills, Quantitative analysis and logical reasoning.
MAT is conducted in either paper based or computer based but, NMAT is only computer based.
MAT scores are accepted by wide range of management schools across India. While NMAT score are primarily used for admission into NMIMS, and some other institutions.
Given these differences, it's advisable to study separately for each exam.

MAT exam is conducted by AIMA( All India Management Association) for admissions into B schools. The minimum eligibility criteria for the same is an under-graduation from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate for general category students and 45% for SC, ST, and OBC.
CAT is conducted by IIMs and the minimum eligibility to appear in the exam is an aggregate score of 50% in under-graduation for General category students and 45% aggregate for SC, ST, OBC candidates.

Yes, Composite Score of 450 and above is considered a good MAT score. Most of the MBA colleges accepting MAT select students having MAT score in the range of 80 percentile to 99 percentile. So yes your score of 597.5 is considered very good in MAT Examination accepting colleges.

DTU East Campus accepts MAT scores for its MBA program. However, admission criteria may vary, so it is best to verify details on the official website or contact the admissions office for the latest information. But yes! They do accept MAT score in DTU east campus.
