OJEE MBA Counselling 2017: The exam conducting body, Odisha Joint Entrance Exam (OJEE) Committee, will release schedule for OJEE MBA 2017 counselling tentatively by the end of June 2017. The counselling schedule will be based on the result of OJEE MBA 2017 which will be announced during the first week of June 2017. The cutoff acts as the main deciding factor for a candidate’s selection for the OJEE MBA counselling 2017. A total of 5489 seats are offered for admission by various participating institutes of Odisha through a detailed counselling procedure which involves extensive document verification process apart from other admission related events. The counselling is organised at the participating B-School campuses and only those candidates who qualify the eligibility criteria as per the B-Schools and their cutoff will receive the call letters for counselling.

OJEE MBA Counselling 2017 – Steps Involved
The counselling rounds will be held in online mode and candidates will have the option to fill their choice of the institute where they desire to get admission for MBA programmes. The following steps will elaborate the process better:
1.Online Registration –
Candidates are required to register for the OJEE MBA 2017 counselling by filling their details in the link for online counselling registration. They must select the appropriate course for which they are seeking admission by entering their roll number and date of birth.
Candidates need to follow the authentication process by entering their personal and bank details along with the One Time Password received for verification of their mobile number.
Once this registration is submitted, print the registration slip for the document verification rounds.
2. Institute Choice Filling
After registration, candidates will be directed to the choice filling page where they can give preferences of the desired institute they are seeking admission to.
Candidates should arrange their filled-in choices in order of their preferences about the institutes.
Candidates should fill as many choices as possible to enhance their chances of getting admission in the college of their choice.
Choices must be locked in order to ensure the desired choices are saved and submitted correctly.
3. Counselling Fee Payment
Registered candidates have to pay a fee of Rs. 5450/- as counselling fee before appearing at the nodal centre.
Fee can be paid in both online and offline mode.
The fee payment acknowledgement or receipt must be printed and carried to the counselling venue as proof of having made the requisite payment.
4. Documents Verification
Candidates must carry one set of original and one set of photocopies of the required documents for verification.
The photocopies must be self-attested.
Original documents will be returned after verification.
In case the candidates fail in the document verification process, the counselling fee will be refunded by the examination committee.

Original Certificate in support of Outlying Oriya Speaking Tract (OL) and certificate issued by OJEE with respect to Oriya test conducted by OJEE
Original relevant managerial/ supervisory experience certificate of minimum five years, for candidates seeking admission to PGDM (Executive) programme. The candidate has to submit a No Objection Certificate from the present employer
