MAH-CET 2014 registration starts on January 27
MAH-CET 2014 registration has started from January 27, 2014. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra announced the MAH CET 2014 application and other important details on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. The registration process is online this year.

According to a DTE notification, last date for online registration for MAH -CET 2014 is February 14. Late registration, however, is allowed for next two days on February 15 and February 16. According to the notification, candidates can download their Hall Ticket from March 4.

The application fee for MAH-CET 2014 is Rs 1000 for the general category candidate and Rs 800 for reserved category candidates. Application form processing fees can be paid at Axis Bank Branches.
Earlier, DTE had announced the Dates for computer-based MAH-CET 2014 exam in a two day window on March 15 and March 16, 2014.
MAH-CET 2014 results will be published on April 21, 2014, the notification read. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) will announce the provisional merit lists for MAH-CET 2014 on May 26, 2014 and the final merit list for the same will be declared on June 2, 2014.
MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2014 is being conducted for admission to First Year of Two Year Full Time Post Graduate Degree Courses in MBA/MMS and PGDBM/PGDM in the Government, University Managed, University Departments and Unaided Institutes in the Maharashtra State.
MAH-CET 2014 scores are used for Centralized Admission Process (CAP) carried out by State of Maharashtra for admission to the management courses. The Centralized Admission Process will consist of total four rounds, out of which first three rounds shall be based on computerized allotment and last round by counseling. The details about the institutions offering PGDM courses & participating in CAP are expected to be announced soon.
MAH-CET 2014 Test pattern:
The MAH-CET 2014 exam pattern will comprise multiple choice objective type questions in the areas of Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Quantitative Aptitude and Logical/Abstract Reasoning questions to be answered in a total time of two and half hours.

Eligibility Criteria for appearing to MAH MBA/MMS-CET 2014:
According to DTE notification, eligibility criteria for appearing for MAH-CET 2014 is minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA ( 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons With Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor’s degree. Candidates appearing for final year of qualifying examination are also eligible to appear for CET.
